The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies only to defects that:

  • Result from manufacturing or material flaws
  • Are present despite normal, proper use

If a defect is confirmed, Stalberry may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item
  • Issue a refund for the defective product

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage, issues, or failures caused by:

A. Normal Wear and Tear

Including expected deterioration from regular use.

B. Misuse, Mishandling, or Improper Care

Examples include:

  • Dropping, crushing, bending, or striking the product
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
  • Use of cleaning methods not recommended

C. Unauthorized Modifications or Alterations

Including attempts to repair or modify the product.

D. Damage After Risk of Loss Transfers

Once the product is handed to the shipping carrier, damage incurred during transit is not a warranty issue. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted to the carrier.

E. Damage Caused by Third Parties

Including carriers, unauthorized sellers, resellers, and marketplaces.

4. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty evaluation:

  • The claim must be submitted within the one-year warranty period
  • The product must have been used appropriately and as intended
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) must be provided
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the defect may be required

Once we receive the required information, Stalberry will assess whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If necessary, we may request that the product be returned to us for physical evaluation.

Stalberry reserves the right to deny warranty claims that:

  • Are fraudulent or incomplete
  • Show signs of misuse or unauthorized repair attempts
  • Do not demonstrate a manufacturing defect
  • Are submitted after the warranty period

If a claim is approved, we will notify you of the available remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

7. Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible for replacement:

  • The replacement item may be new or refurbished
  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may replace it with a comparable model
  • Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Stalberry is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Stalberry’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price
  • This warranty is the exclusive remedy available for defects

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those regions, this policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. No Other Warranties

Apart from the express warranty described in this Policy:

  • Stalberry does not provide any additional express or implied warranties
  • Stalberry expressly disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law
