Stalberry is committed to providing reliable, efficient shipping across Canada and the United States. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Canada using trusted carriers. This policy outlines our processing timelines, shipping rates, delivery expectations, tracking information, and important conditions related to lost or delayed shipments.

1. Order Processing Times

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time is 1-2 business days for all standard orders (Monday through Friday).
  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing times may extend by an additional business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Below are the shipping methods and rates currently available. All packages include full tracking.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship throughout Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, based on the fastest and most reliable option for your region.

Standard Shipping (up to 2 kg/4.4 lb)

  • $14.95 CAD
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Standard Shipping (2-30 kg/4.4-66 lb)

  • $21.95 CAD
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Additional details for Canadian orders:

  • Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped, not from the time of purchase.
  • Rural or remote locations (including territories and northern regions) may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, as some carriers cannot deliver to them.

United States Shipping

U.S. orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, or affiliated cross-border courier partners.

Standard International Shipping (up to 2 kg/4.4 lb)

  • $19.95 USD
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days

Standard International Shipping (2-30 kg/4.4-66 lb)

  • $29.95 USD
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days

Additional details for U.S. orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the U.S. destination and customs processing times.
  • Remote or rural U.S. locations may require additional transit time.
  • The shipping fee does not include duties, taxes, or import fees (see Section 4 below).

3. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking at no extra cost.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for tracking activity to appear after the label is created.
  • If a shipment appears delayed or shows no updates for several days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate information.

Stalberry does not control carrier scan times, delays, or delivery schedules.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (United States)

For shipments to the United States:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • U.S. Customs may hold or inspect packages at random, which can extend delivery times.
  • Stalberry cannot estimate or prepay customs fees.

Customers are encouraged to check local import requirements before placing an order.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Stalberry is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address errors, reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee payable by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Stalberry is no longer responsible for the item.

This includes:

  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Packages delivered to mailrooms or community parcel lockers
  • Packages delivered to the correct address but not retrieved
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but claimed as missing

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Check with neighbours or building staff
  2. Verify the address used at checkout
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. Notify us at hello@stalberry.com and we will assist you in filing a claim

We will support the investigation, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen items.
